Meadow Jacobson, B.A., B.S.

Therapy should feel collaborative and supportive rather than intimidating. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult time, working through longstanding challenges, or hoping to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I am committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and growth-oriented environment where meaningful change can occur.

My approach is grounded in a client-centered framework that emphasizes the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. I strive to meet clients where they are, recognizing that each individual's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical tools and strategies to support emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth. While CBT serves as the foundation of my work, I tailor treatment to each client's needs and integrate additional evidence-based approaches when appropriate.

My goal is to help clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding. Above all, I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
