Christina Pallotti, PhD
Dr. Pallotti specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and couples.
I believe the power of therapy lies in the relational space we create together.
My first goal as a therapist is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences. Although I pull from a variety of modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.), I primarily identify as a dynamic and relational therapist. This means I believe psychological experiences are significantly shaped by our past relationships, particularly in our families, and that these dynamics show up in later relationships (including the therapeutic one!).
As a counseling psychologist, I believe these relational dynamics are deeply impacted by our social identities. During my doctoral training at Temple University’s counseling center, I worked across identity spectrums to help students navigate young adulthood. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients from all walks of life to laugh, cry, and be curious together. I strive to be open to feedback and work closely with you to ensure we are meeting your goals and balancing processing, insight, and skills in our work together.
If you think we may be a good fit, please reach out to me! I would love the chance to get to know you.
